These terms and conditions apply to all purchase orders submitted to Fennecfit’s webshop on www.fennecfit.com (in the following referred to as the ”webshop”), this covering all purchase agreements that a consumer enters into from a distance with Fennecfit ApS, hereinafter referred to as ”Fennecfit”. We encourage you to read these terms and conditions in their entirety before submitting an order. Terms and conditions may be updated time to time, therefore, make sure to read it before placing an order in the webshop. A binding purchase agreement is entered into as soon as you order has been confirmed by us and confirmation email sent by Fennecfit to the email you submitted.
PLACING AN ORDER
To place an order in the webshop you must be at least 18 years old and not under guardianship. Fennecfit presumes that minors who carry out purchases on www.fennecfit.com submit truthful information of their age and/or possess the necessary consent from their custodian to purchase the item(s). If not, the buyer may become liable for the possible costs an invalid agreement may involve.
How to make an order?
- Find the product(s) you want on the Fennecfit website
- Select the size you require and press ‘Add to Cart’
- Once you’ve added all of the items you require to your basket, select checkout option
- You will be asked to input your shipping & billing details
- Review your order to ensure all items & details are correct
- You will be referred to the external payment provider, therefore, referred back to the web-shop
- You will land on the confirmation site and receive an order confirmation via email to the email address provided at the time of ordering
In the unlikely circumstance we’d be unable to fulfil your order for whatever reason, at that case an email will be sent to the address provided by the customer when you placed the order. Make sure to ensure to check your basket and delivery information before you checkout, as we may not be able to amend your order once it has been submitted.
Fennecfit reserves the right to reject or cancel your order, which may be due to varies reasons as:
- The product is not available / in stock
- Your billing information is not correct or not verifiable
- Your order has been suspected of fraudulent activity
- We could not deliver to the address provided by yourself
- In the event of misspelling, pricing or other errors or mistakes in the website information
We may run details check provided by you before we ship an order. These checks may cover verifying your address and payment details. If any concerns, we will contact you. Any orders found to be made under fraudulent pretences will be followed up with an investigation.
Shipping rates will be applied per order, depending on the delivery country which has been chosen by you. Prices may vary across the stores of the countries, as conversion rates may apply. Fennecfit reserves the right to change the price of a product at any time without any forewarning.
The currency of pricing is in Euros. Fennecfit support Mastercards, Visa and Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian payment methods.
Through Maksekeskus you can choose to pay through following banks:

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We always delivery your order as soon as possible. All orders made on the Fennecfit website are dispatched from Estonia or Denmark. Normally orders of items in stock ship within 2-4 business days from Order Confirmation and can be expected to be delivered in 3-5 business days. Tracking numbers, if applicable, are included in dispatch confirmation emails.
Fennecfit cannot be held accountable for parcels delayed to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to the following:
Customs, service strikes, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, weather, natural disasters, fire, epidemics or failure of public or private telecommunications networks.
Please be advised that custom duty may be charged for any orders from outside the European Union. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customers and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in. Inspect the delivered items upon delivery and contact us if any concerns. In case you fail to collect your products upon delivery, we reserve the right to debit you a charge to cover our cost for return freight and administration.

PROMOTIONS / OFFERS
All reduced prices on the www.fennecfit.com website are limited in time. Only one discount code can be used per order.
In case of obvious misuse of offers, such as coupons and promotion codes, Fennecfit reserves the right to cancel the order in question.
Usage of discount codes are subject to stock availability. Promotions may vary across stores.
RETURN THE PRODUCT
Let’s face it, returning the items are not pleasant, but we have worked on support you along the way as much as possible. You are not 100% satisfied with your product, you're always welcome to return it to us within 15 days.
If you wish to make such a return please follow statements below:
- Item(s) must be unworn & unwashed. And you know what we mean under it; keep it free of stains and signs of wear.
- Returned items must be returned with original packaging and properly wrapped to avoid any damaged during the delivery.
- All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken
As soon as we have received the returned items, items will go through an inspection, making sure that all the requirements have met. If all the requirements are met, we will refund your payment.
Note that returning costs are covered by the customer, if the purchase has been made outside Estonia and/or the unit/purchase cost is lower than 69€. Outside Estonia the returning costs of the bought items are covered by the customer.
The customer will also cover any damaged products or lost packages.
All refunds will be made to the account you first paid your order with. Allow at least 14-30 days for your return to reach us and to be processed.
