WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?

It takes about 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as this happens. On occasion, there might be slight delays in order processing. We greatly appreciate your patience.

Note that in Baltic countries we are sending with Omniva post boxes.

Orders placed during holidays, weekends and special promotions may require additional processing time due to an increase in order volume. Please allow 1 or 2 additional days in processing time.


OK, SO WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

All the orders within Europe will arrive to you within 2-7 working days, depending where you are located. Fennecfit is based in Estonia, therefore, the orders will be shipped from here.

If you are located outside Europe, please expect 7-10 business days. Please take into consideration that the time your package take to clear customs will depend on your location.  


*We do everything we can to adhere to these timeframes, but in the event of unexpected carrier delays, production issues, or weather, it might take longer for your delivery to arrive. We promise to make sure your wait is as short as possible.

WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?

Absolutely. Immediately after your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email letting you know we got all the information, and providing you with an order number for your records. When it ships, about 1-3 business days after placing the order, we will send you a shipment notification email with tracking information so you can keep an eye on its progress. Please note that your tracking link will show movement after your order has cleared customs in 5-8 business days, so don’t be alarmed it the status isn’t available right away.
