What is the return policy at Fennecfit?
Let’s face it, returning the items are not pleasant, but we have worked on support you along the way as much as possible. You are not 100% satisfied with your product, you're always welcome to return it to us within 15 days.
If you wish to make such a return please follow statements below:
1. Item(s) must be unworn & unwashed. And you know what we mean under it; keep it free of stains and signs of wear. Returned items must be returned with original packaging and properly wrapped to avoid any damaged during the delivery.
2. As soon as we have received the returned items, items will go through an inspection, making sure that all the requirements have met. If all the requirements are met, we will refund your payment.
Note that returning costs are covered by the customer, if the purchase has been made outside Estonia and the unit/purchase cost is lower than 75€.
The customer will also cover any damaged products or lost packages. We recommend choosing a shipping method that inlcludes proof of delivery or a tracking number, and make sure to save the receipt.
All refunds will be made to the account you first paid your order with. Allow at least 14-30 days for your return to reach us and to be processed.

What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 15 days of receipt of your shipment.
- They must be in original condition
- For clothing, unwashed and unworn
- In the original packaging
Are there any charges for return?
- There are no charges for return
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
I would like to exchange the item.
It happens that bought item does not meet your measurements and we are happy to help you with the exchanging process.
Please note when sending back the original item, the cost will be covered by the customer. We are sending the new size free of charge within Estonia, if the purchase/unit cost is higher than 55€. Outside Estonia the customer needs to cover the both shipment costs.

My order is damaged
We examine our products before shipping, so manufacturing errors are rare. However it does happen from time to time. If you receive a damaged product, please email us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. To initiate a refund or exchange, follow these steps:
Leave all tags on the products. Take photos of the damaged product and attach them in your email. Our team will review your claim and, once approved, we will provide either a full refund or exchange, depending on inventory and availability. In some cases, we may provide a prepaid shipping label to return the item.
